How are modified vehicles covered

It’s best to be upfront with us and let us know about any modifications to your vehicle:

1. when you first take out your policy, or
2. if you make any new or additional modifications to your vehicle during your policy term.

Some common modifications that we need to know about include alloy wheels, exhaust modifications, lower springs and aftermarket stereo equipment, and it might impact your cover if you don’t let us know.
