We believe in making insurance easy for all members of our community. If you’re finding it challenging to manage your insurance, for any reason, please let us know by calling us on 0800 100 200, emailing us or contacting us on Facebook messenger. Our experienced team will work with you to try to find solutions.

We’ve partnered with SeniorNet so that older adults who would like a little more support navigating online insurance options like paying a bill, viewing an insurance policy or making a claim can access this in a safe and friendly environment. Find out more about SeniorNet and the AMI partnership here.

If you need further assistance, our Customer Care Team can provide support for a range of circumstances. Please complete this form if you need extra support related to:

  • difficulty learning and/or understanding
  • age-related challenges
  • cognitive or literacy challenges
  • being hard-of-hearing
  • unexpected financial hardship, or
  • you might need a little extra help. For example, if you’ve experienced a bereavement and need support understanding and managing your insurance.
