Contract Works Insurance

Protect your home and materials during a renovation or new build.

Who uses Contract Works insurance

We cover homeowners and builders taking on residential builds or renovations. We’re here to help protect your home build from the unexpected.

When to get Contract Works cover

Building a new home

When you're starting fresh, home insurance usually won’t cover the new build until it’s complete. Contract Works protects your investment by bridging the gap, so your home and materials are covered during construction.

Living through renovations

Living in your home during a renovation and have home insurance with us? Contract Works can protect the work underway and the materials, so you can sleep easy.

Renovating an empty home

Even if no one’s living in there and you don’t have home insurance, your renovation still needs protection. Contract Works covers your home for damage or loss while it’s being improved.
