a) Participants must have purchased a new AMI Comprehensive Car insurance policy online (“Qualifying Policy”) in their own name with a start date within the Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubt:
(i) the following policy types do not qualify as a Qualifying Policy: Third Party, Fire & Theft; Third Party Only.
(ii) Renewing, amending, upgrading, downgrading, adjusting or reinstating an existing policy, and replacements (cancelling an existing policy and then repurchasing a policy for the same asset within 6 months of cancellation), do not qualify for this Promotion;
(iii) If a participant takes out multiple Qualifying Policies, each Qualifying Policy will be eligible for a Reward; and
b) Participants must have made the first payment for the Qualifying Policy by the due date as specified in the policy documents, AMI must have received that payment and the participant’s 15-day cooling off period must have completed; and
c) the Qualifying Policy must be current at the time the Reward is sent to the participant. Policies will not be current where they:
(i) have been cancelled,
(ii) become void; or
(iii) where AMI has received notice to cancel the relevant policy.
a) that person is not (or is no longer) eligible; or
b) AMI is unable to send the Reward after using reasonable endeavours.
