AMI HomeHub Auckland Homeshow Prize Draw

Terms and conditions

  1. The AMI HomeHub Auckland Homeshow Prize Draw (“Promotion”) is conducted by Homehub Limited, a subsidiary of IAG New Zealand Limited (“AMI HomeHub”), NZI Centre, 1 Fanshawe Street, Auckland 1010. The following terms and conditions apply to the Promotion.

  2. By participating in in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  3. The Promotion commences on Thursday, 11 September 2025 until 11:59pm on Sunday, 14 September 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

Eligibility

 
  1. The Promotion is open to residents of New Zealand who are 18 years of age or over as at Thursday, 11 September 2025.

  2. Current employees of IAG New Zealand Limited, Homehub Limited, IAG NZ Repairhub Limited, Loyaltyhub Limited and First Rescue New Zealand Limited and their immediate families are ineligible to participate in the Promotion (“Participant”).

  3. To be eligible for the Promotion, Participants must:

    a. Scan the QR code at the AMI HomeHub Auckland Homeshow stand, and

    b. Complete the questionnaire.

    Or

    a. Register their details for a ‘call back’ by filling in the entry form at the AMI stand at the Auckland Homeshow; and;

    b. Request a quote for any new AMI Personal Insurance Policy (excluding any AMI Travel Domestic Cancellation (Single Trip) Policy) from an IAG insurance consultant during the Promotion Period.

  4. Only 1 entry per person is allowed.

  5. Entries which are incomplete or are not submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions will be ineligible

Prize Draw

  1. Eligible Participants will be automatically placed in the draw to win:

    a. One (1) 5.0kW Samsung AI Smart AIRISE WindFree™ Indoor Heat Pump & Condenser and standard installation valued at $2,799. Installation is only available in Auckland.

  2. AMI HomeHub will contact Prize winners by email within 15 business days of the Prize Draw to confirm delivery and/or organise services and installation with the Prize winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  3. The Prize will be delivered and installed to Prize winners in the Auckland Region only. Prizewinners in all other regions shall have the heat pump delivered via tracked courier, with the Prize winner being responsible for installation.

  4. If, after reasonable efforts have been made by AMI HomeHub, a Prize winner cannot be contacted within 30 business days of the Prize Draw, or has communicated to AMI HomeHub that they do not want the Prize, AMI HomeHub at its discretion:

    a. Deem the Prize winner to have forfeited their right to the Prize, and

    b. Re-draw another eligible Prize winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  5. AMI HomeHub will not be liable to any person for any damage caused to the Prize, or if the Prize is lost, stolen or goes missing, after the Prize is dispatched for delivery to the Prize winner.

  6. AMI HomeHub will not be required to provide any person with a Prize where, in AMI HomeHub’s sole discretion that person is not (or is no longer) eligible.

  7. Any delays in stock of Prize are not the responsibility of AMI HomeHub.

  8. The Prize is the sole responsibility of the Prize winner. The Prize is not transferable, not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

General Conditions

  1. AMI HomeHub reserves the right to discontinue, extend, or amend the Promotion at any time at its sole discretion. AMI HomeHub will only do this where it considers it is reasonable to do so.

  2. AMI HomeHub’s decision on any matter regarding the Promotion will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  3. Subject to any obligations under law, such as under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986, AMI HomeHub and its related bodies corporate will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the Promotion.

  4. AMI HomeHub takes no responsibility for any misdirected, lost, incomplete, damaged, corrupted, incorrectly submitted, or late entries, or any human error, technical malfunctions, lost or delayed data transmission, computer or network failure, or any other interruption that may affect the conduct of the Promotion, unless that fault is caused by AMI HomeHub.

Privacy

  1. By participating in the Promotion, Participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information by AMI Homehub for the purposes of administering the Promotion and delivering the Prize.

  2. Participants have the right to access and correct their personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 by contacting AMI HomeHub in writing at 8 Arrenway Drive, Rosedale, Auckland 0632 or by calling 0800 18 19 20
