An update on our service – AMI stores temporarily closed.
As the situation with COVID-19 rapidly unfolds, we are keeping up to date with the latest Government announcements and ensuring we are working to provide a high-quality service, while keeping our AMI team and customers safe and well.
With New Zealand now at a level 4 response, we are quickly setting up our teams to work from home and therefore, all our AMI stores across the country are now temporarily closed to both walk in customers and booked appointments.
We want to reassure you that we are classed as an essential service and we will still be here to help during this period.
At the moment, wait times are unfortunately longer than normal. We recommend that you delay calling unless it is urgent. The good news is, there’s lots of things you can do online like get a quote and buy cover and you can also contact us via social media.
My AMI, your online account
Here are the kinda things you can do online with your My AMI account:
- Check your cover
- Make a claim or get an update on one you’ve already lodged
- Make a payment
If you haven’t yet registered for a My AMI account, now’s a good time to get online. Get your policy number handy, and register now.
Ways to make a bill payment
If you usually pay your bill in-store, you can also pay by:
- Online with credit or debit card
- Direct debit from your bank account
- Phone us on 0800 100 200
- Internet or phone banking
