What's covered, what's not

We'll pay out a lump sum for the specific injuries shown in the attached table. However, this is subject to some things that aren't covered by your policy.

These include:

  • Any illness, disease or degenerative condition
  • Warlike activities
  • Suicide or self-inflicted injury
  • Participation in any illegal or criminal act
  • Mountaineering, racing in any motor-propelled conveyance or participating in any professional sport
  • Travelling in an aircraft or any aerial device other than as a fare-paying passenger
  • Refusing to seek or follow proper medical advice
