Instagram Renters Insurance competition Ts&Cs

  1. This promotion is conducted by AMI, a business division of IAG New Zealand Limited, NZI Centre, 1 Fanshawe Street, Auckland 1010 (“AMI”).
  2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  3. Entry is open to residents of New Zealand who are 18 years and over who have a valid Instagram account.
  4. To enter, guess the value of the contents on the AMI Insurance NZ (“amiinsurancenz”) Instagram post and tag an Instagram friend in a comment during the Promotion Period.
  5. The value of the items pictured in the Instagram post are based on the Recommended Retail Price (RRP).
  6. This promotion commences on 3 November 2016 and closes on 10 November 2016 at 11:59pm (“Promotion Period”).
  7. There is a limit of one entry per person.
  8. The prize consists of one $50 Prezzy Card (‘Prize’).
  9. There are five (5) Prizes per post to be won.
  10. The Prize draw will be held on 11 November 2016. The first five (5) eligible entries drawn from each post will each win one (1) Prize (“Winner”). The Winners will be notified by AMI via Instagram by 5pm Friday 11 November.
  11. If a winner cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts have been made by AMI (within 24 hours of the date of the Prize draw), AMI will draw another Winner from all remaining eligible entries.
  12. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. AMI’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. Transport to and from the House Tour will be the responsibility of the winners. The Book will be provided to the Winners at the House Tour.
  14. In the event that a Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond AMI’s control, AMI may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
  15. The winners agree that AMI is entitled to use their name and photographs for AMI external and internal marketing, promotion, communication and publicity purposes in connection with the promotion.
  16. AMI reserves the right to terminate or amend any aspect of this promotion without notice at any time.
  17. AMI and its related bodies corporate will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the promotion or any prize.
  18. AMI takes no responsibility for any misdirected, lost, incomplete, damaged, corrupted, incorrectly submitted or late entries, or any human error, technical malfunctions, lost or delayed data transmission, computer or network failure, or any other interruption that may affect the conduct of this promotion or the prize draw.
