AMI wins gold in Reader's Digest Quality Service awards

We’re so excited to have been given the big thumbs up from Kiwis looking to protect their homes and contents, with our high service standards being recognised in the annual Reader’s Digest New Zealand Quality Service Awards.

The 2019 awards recognise the best in quality service provided across a range of categories, with AMI taking out gold in the Home and Contents Insurance category. It reflects the focus we have put on high service standards, with us winning silver in the same category for the past three years..

This year, we also took out silver in the highly competitive Roadside Assist category for quality service, as judged by the New Zealand public.

AMI’s Executive General Manager Kevin Hughes says the win is a testament to the AMI team’s commitment to high quality customer experiences.
