Gold service for our customers year on year

Looking after our customers is at the forefront of everything we do. So, we're chuffed New Zealand's voted us 'Gold' in the 2020 Reader's Digest Quality Service awards for Home and Contents.

Winning gold for the second-year running reflects the focus we've put on giving our customers a high standard of service. We believe a little kindness can make a big difference and empower our people to be kind to customers every day.

To support them in giving great customer service, we've introduced our customer promises. They set expectations and guidelines to do the following for our customers; be honest and upfront, make things easy and simple, recognise and anticipate customer needs, and always treat customers fairly.
